Job Overview

We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our growing web team. You will play a key role in building and optimizing high-performance, scalable, and intuitive web applications that reach millions of users daily.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create highly responsive and interactive web applications using modern web frameworks and tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery – from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
  • Optimization: Optimize for speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Coding Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and resolve them.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and modern web ecosystems.
  • Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
  • Solid understanding of web performance, browser rendering, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, etc.
  • Experience in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
  • A good sense of UX/UI and a keen eye for detail.
