Job Title: DevOps Professional

A DevOps professional plays a key role in delivering high-quality software products by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop technical designs and processes for continuous integration and continuous deployment.

This position requires strong collaboration skills with Development, Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to provide the right level of agility within a defined delivery process.

  • The ideal candidate will exhibit strong CI/CD skills, be forward thinking, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a diverse, highly talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with internal product groups and development teams to develop technical design and processes for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  2. Partner with multiple teams to advocate adherence to enterprise standards through collaboration and continuous improvement.
  3. Design and develop enterprise-class distributed CI/CD tools/systems.
  4. Implement and support a large Nexus Repository Management environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field and/or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience delivering and supporting enterprise customer-facing solutions.
  • Experience designing and developing enterprise-class distributed CI/CD tools/systems.
  • Strong CI/CD skills, including experience with .Net, Python, and/or Java development frameworks, public/private cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and Automation/Continuous Integration (Terraform, SonarQube, Jenkins, BitBucket, Harness, etc.).

Desirable Skills:

  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry or other highly regulated industries.
  • Previous Development/System Engineering experience in heterogeneous environments.
  • Working knowledge of automation and configuration management tools like Salt, Ansible, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
