Web Development Role OverviewThis is a full-time, fully remote position for a skilled web developer. You'll work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a global team of engineers, designers, and strategists who are shaping platforms that serve millions of users.As a web developer, you'll be responsible for building and scaling enterprise-level websites that power nationwide platforms. You will play a key role in architecting custom post types, developing dynamic content structures, and optimizing for performance and SEO.Your day-to-day will include:
  • Developing and customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and templates.
  • Building with Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
  • Managing large-scale content uploads, data migrations, and integrations.
  • Optimizing websites for speed, security, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborating with designers to implement responsive, user-focused layouts.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and continuously improving site performance.

  • Proven experience in large-scale web development.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Skilled in Gutenberg, Kadence, and ACF.
  • Solid foundation in SEO and website performance optimization.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git preferred).
  • Familiarity with WP Engine hosting, AWS, and Cloudflare is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
