Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design and develop scalable, efficient, and well-structured software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL schema design.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to integrate modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
  • Ensure database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with testing frameworks: RSpec, Minitest (backend), Jest, Cypress (frontend).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD).
