The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud, as well as experience working with clients to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. You will lead and execute Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementations from design to deployment, conduct client workshops to gather business requirements, develop and customize solutions, implement and optimize case management, knowledge management, self-service portals, and integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance and mentorship, and stay current with Salesforce advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementations from design to deployment
• Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configurations
• Implement and optimize case management, knowledge management, self-service portals, and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Stay current with Salesforce advancements and recommend innovative solutions
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Service Cloud and Community Cloud
• Proven track record of 3+ successful Service Cloud and CX Cloud implementations
• Strong development expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
• Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security models
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective solutions
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or higher)

Additional Requirements:

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud
• Familiarity with Industry Clouds (e.g., Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of integration tools and APIs
