Are you a strategic leader looking to drive digital transformation in the cloud? We are seeking an experienced Cloud Administrator to lead our Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM deployments and configurations.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of overall ERP administration experience and 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, EPM, and OTM).
  • This role involves effectively leading full Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects involving requirements, design, testing, and roll-out.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage key applications including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM, and OTM throughout their implementation and support lifecycles.
  2. Design, update, and implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  3. Work with Oracle to perform system/service maintenance tasks, backup, and recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications.
  4. Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM application performance and architecture, maintaining reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  5. Develop ERP KPIs and metrics reports and dashboards to view and monitor service details and notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
  6. Collaborate with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
  7. Document system requirements and process flows, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery processes are maintained.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is mandatory.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
