Corporate Lawyer Job

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our team. As a key member, you will support our corporate team on US law related work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital, fund formation, and representation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented advocate with experience in M&A, Private Equity, or General Corporate practice at a tier-1 law firm in India. You will be working closely with our international team to deliver high-quality services to clients.

  • Requirements:
  • Advocate in India with at least 1 year PQE (post-qualification experience)
  • LLB or equivalent degree from an Indian national law school and ranked in the top 20%
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
