The Role

  • Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for branding, packaging, digital, print, and social media projects.
  • Translate brand identity guidelines into cohesive, creative assets that align with our clients' strategic goals.
  • Work independently on medium to large-scale projects and provide leadership direction when required.
  • Mentor junior designers and ensure the quality of their work meets client expectations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, developers, and project managers for successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of design (agency or studio background preferred).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles, including branding, packaging, and digital work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and basic motion graphics skills (a plus).
  • Ability to receive feedback, refine designs quickly, and push creative boundaries while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, proactive, and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
