Job Opportunity: Assembly Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Assembly Manager at our production facility. This individual will play a crucial part in the Production – Assembly & Testing department, ensuring that all assembly and testing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will oversee the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves.
  • This includes coordinating with design and quality control teams to ensure final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation meet industry standards.
  • A strong focus on test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance is required for each valve.
  • This role involves tracking throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance, as well as leading a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A deep understanding of valve assemblies, torque specs, sealing principles, and testing is essential.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to remain calm under pressure are necessary for this role.

To be eligible, candidates must hold a Graduate degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years' experience working in fabrication/machine tool building/equipment manufacturing companies, preferably in similar roles.
