We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with ServiceNow GRC modules and contribute to strategic, operational and technical GRC initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Depending on your experience, you may contribute in one or more of the following areas:

GRC Team Lead / Manager

  • Lead and manage the GRC team both strategically and operationally
  • Act as primary contact for central risk and compliance functions
  • Define KPIs, ensure audit-readiness, and manage the GRC roadmap
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Risk Management

ServiceNow GRC Architect / Lead Consultant

  • Provide technical leadership and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture
  • Oversee integrations, platform scalability, and security
  • Collaborate with enterprise platform and security teams

ServiceNow GRC Functional Consultant

  • Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance)
  • Translate business requirements into workflows
  • Support testing, training, and go-live activities
  • Align implementations with regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR)

GRC / Risk & Compliance Analyst

  • Maintain risk registers, control libraries, and policy documentation
  • Support audits, evidence collection, and control testing
  • Generate dashboards and reports (e.g., risk heatmaps)
  • Liaise with business units on control responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or related fields
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC modules is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
