Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Overview:

As a seasoned retail professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless store operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in receipt, storage, and issuance of goods, ultimately driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize store inventory levels through regular audits and record-keeping.
  • Procure materials and goods in line with hotel requirements, while maintaining vendor relationships and supply chain efficiency.
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and report on stock levels, purchase requirements, and cost-saving opportunities to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
