As a key member of our Collaboration Experience team, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join us in automating business processes, participating in the technical design of platforms, and managing ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise and excellent collaboration skills, enabling them to work effectively with multiple teams. In this role, you will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms, working closely with internal and external partners across various organizations.

We are looking for someone who can foster strong relationships with users to deliver efficient, secure, and practical solutions that enhance productivity experiences. The successful candidate will report directly to the Collaboration Experience Manager.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of technology support experience.
  • Extensive experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Proficiency in building and deploying services using: Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Recording and managing changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensuring system security, implementing standards, and responding to failures or performance issues.
  • Producing performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management.
  • Collaborating on ongoing issues and projects, as well as writing technical documentation.
  • Managing vendor relationships and overseeing outsourced services.
  • Installing, configuring, integrating, and testing new system components and applications.
  • Maintaining automation scripts and enhancing functionality.
  • Following industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Performing maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact, including on-call duty.
  • Analyzing systems and participating in design and engineering projects.
  • Configuring prototypes, delivering products, and managing solution implementation and vendor performance.
