Research and Development Leader

  • Partnerships: Foster partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global research networks, unlocking new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Tech Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and guide investment in research and development, staying ahead of the curve in the pharma industry.

Requirements:

  • Education: PhD or Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or Chemistry.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in pharma R&D leadership.
  • Skills: Proven success in taking molecules from concept to clinical stages, strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
