We are seeking a skilled Compliance Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

- Ensure timely and effective execution of fieldwork and testing across all areas of compliance, including anti-money laundering, privacy, anti-corruption, and consumer protection.

- Design and implement comprehensive testing programs that identify and mitigate risks.

- Communicate regularly with senior stakeholders on progress and findings.

- Develop and lead conversations with directors and vice presidents on key compliance issues.

- Train and mentor colleagues on compliance best practices.

- Work with leadership to develop strategic initiatives that improve delivery models and contribute to presentations to senior leadership.

- Collaborate with business units to develop remediation plans for identified findings.

- Stay up-to-date on emerging regulatory risks and impending legislation.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, or a related field within a big four firm or bank/financial institution.

- Good academic qualifications with experience in compliance or legal, preferably with anti-money laundering knowledge.

- Chartered accountants, CPAs, CIAs, ACAMS, MBAs, and individuals with certifications in audit are preferred.

Functional Skills:

• Strong internal control and validating testing skills.
