We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join our team as an Individual Contributor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and configuring core SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals Management.

The successful candidate will have proven hands-on experience with configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules. They will also possess a good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow across modules.

Responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors modules, providing Level 2/3 support for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance improvement, collaborating closely with Business HR stakeholders/Product Owner to gather requirements and provide functional/technical solutions, handling day-to-day operational issues and configuration changes in a fast-paced environment, and documenting changes, updates, and issue resolutions following internal IT change management protocols.

Key Requirements
  • Proven hands-on experience with configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM.
  • Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow across modules.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.
