Visual Merchandising Specialist

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting an immersive and captivating retail experience for customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Product Acumen

You will possess in-depth knowledge of products within a fashionable and commercial context, including materials, fabrics, and styles. You will stay abreast of new product launches, trends, and competitor market developments, maintaining regular communication with the product department.

Customer Service Excellence

You will provide exceptional customer service by applying established company methods and empathizing with the specific needs of customers. Your goal is to consistently meet and exceed their expectations.

Visual Display Expertise

You will apply fundamental Visual Merchandising techniques to create visually appealing displays, enhancing store image. You will analyze and display products in accordance with visual guidelines from headquarters, managing and optimizing furniture for store-specific displays.

Product Receipt and Inventory Management

You will oversee the product delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient receipt of goods. You will also manage replenishment procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.

Team Leadership and Development

You will lead a team of visual merchandisers, guiding and training them to perform duties efficiently.

Loss Prevention and Control

You will participate in inventory audits, following established procedures to minimize inventory loss. You will also teach security protocols to ensure a low inventory loss rate.

Stockroom Organization and Maintenance

You will maintain organized stockrooms, utilizing available tools to stay up-to-date on stock rotation.
