We are seeking highly skilled professionals to strengthen our service network and provide technical support for products across customer sites in India.

This field-based role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service with frequent travel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair products at customer locations.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints (open/live/closed).
  • On-site Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordination and Escalation: Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting customer relationships, especially with Indian Railways and key stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial or railway equipment.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across India.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Service Excellence: Proactive, reliable, and committed to service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Certification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Candidates Welcome: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or railway industry preferred.
  • Documentation: Knowledge of service documentation and complaint tracking will be an advantage.
