Job Title: Testing Assurance Expert

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the testing methodology for key controls across our global business.

This position focuses on assurance activities over resiliency material and critical controls testing, with potential to transition into other operational risk domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing activities as part of the assurance planning process.
  • Develop and execute control tests, including coordinating review processes, managing control testing analysts, reviewing quality of work performed, and ensuring alignment with assurance testing methodology.
  • Prepare draft reports reflecting results of work performed and advise on appropriate solutions and remediation activities, engaging subject matter experts in agreeing action plans.
  • Present findings to senior management to secure buy-in and agreement to action.
  • Coordinate activities throughout the review lifecycle with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Data Analytics teams to identify opportunities for converting manual testing into analytics-based testing and continuous assurance activity.

Additional qualifications include education to degree level, 4+ years' experience in information security controls assurance or IT audit, and strong communication and presentation skills in English.
