Senior Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support business initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Translate business questions into data queries and provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations, product, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support forecasting and optimization.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business performance.
- Document data definitions, processes, and business rules.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language (Python, R, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with CRM or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
