We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our advanced analytics capability center in India.

This individual will work closely with stakeholders to transition projects from the US to India, driving data-driven decision-making and contributing to the success of our global pharmaceutical analytics initiative.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics, with expertise in patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data, brand performance analytics and reporting, marketing analytics, and therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands.

Key responsibilities include executing advanced secondary data analytics projects, acting as a bridge between stakeholders, communicating complex analytics into clear business strategies, and delivering actionable insights.

To be successful, the candidate must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
