Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Oracle CX Fusion Cloud and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle subscription management cloud.

Responsibilities include setting up pricing, items, and CDM (customer data management), as well as creating users and roles.

Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in Groovy, triggers/object functions, custom objects, service mapping/algorithms, REST, and SOAP API's.

A successful candidate will also have experience with integration from and to OSM, as well as proficiency in Excel-based data analysis.

Furthermore, the specialist will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and derive solutions that meet their needs.

Knowledge of JIRA is an added advantage.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Oracle CX Fusion Cloud
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle subscription management cloud
  • Excellent knowledge of OSM functional configurations, BIP/OTBI reports, and Bursting queries
  • Experience in implementing subscription renewals, evergreen subscriptions, and usage-based renewals
  • Expertise in Groovy, triggers/object functions, custom objects, service mapping/algorithms, REST, and SOAP API's
  • Ability to handle support tickets within defined SLA
