We are seeking a highly motivated and organized project coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in IT project coordination.

The ideal candidate will assist senior project managers in coordinating projects such as network upgrades, server installations, and cloud migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.
  2. Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  3. Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date and accessible.
  4. Communicate with internal teams and vendors to gather updates and support project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in technology or infrastructure
  • Strong interest in IT infrastructure and project management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or academic project experience in IT or project coordination
  • Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., servers, networks, cloud)
  • Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
