Job Title: Design Engineer">

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge power electronics systems.

">Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Design Embedded Hardware Platforms: Develop control boards, analog/digital mixed-signal interface design, sensor integration, and protection strategy implementation for DC/DC, AC/DC, and inverter topologies.">
  • Develop Real-Time Firmware: Implement control algorithms (PID/state machines, voltage/current regulation), PWM strategies (soft start/stop, dead-time control), diagnostics, and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I²C, UART) using C/C++.">
  • Perform Schematic Capture and PCB Layout Reviews: Focus on signal integrity, thermal reliability, and EMI/EMC compliance.">
  • Conduct Hardware Bring-Up and Interface Testing: Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG, and power analysers.">
  • Simulate and Verify Control Strategies: Support model-based design and HIL testing using MATLAB/Simulink and PLECS.">
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards: Diagnostics, fault handling, and system protection according to ISO 26262, IEC, UL, and other relevant standards.">

  • Education: B.TECH/M.Tech in Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, or a related discipline.">
  • Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in embedded hardware and firmware development for power electronic systems in automotive, renewable, or industrial sectors.">
  • Skills: Proficiency in embedded C/C++, real-time control development, real-time system programming, peripheral configuration, and mixed-signal hardware design. Strong hands-on experience with microcontrollers and DSPs, FPGAs, and communication protocols.">
  • Knowledge: Solid background in schematic design, PCB layout practices, tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or KiCad. Familiarity with RTOS, watchdog implementations, fail-safe architectures, and functional safety diagnostics.">
