Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of audiovisual integration projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project ownership, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest technical standards.

  • Manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure high technical standards and compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX), audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project deployments as required.
