NITORI is Japan's leading home furnishing and lifestyle brand. As part of our rapid expansion across Southeast Asia, we are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist to help us scale digital performance across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Manage advertising budgets and monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and in-platform tools.
Analyze data, identify trends, and continuously improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
Collaboration and Strategy
Collaborate with local eCommerce, content, and creative teams to align messaging with business goals and develop multi-market media strategies tailored to local behaviors and insights.
Requirements
We require a candidate with 3–5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns, demonstrating success managing budgets over $100,000/month, and strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup is essential. Experience in Southeast Asian markets (SG, MY, TH, ID) is a strong plus, as is fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a bonus.
