Job Title:

Medical Officer

 

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Officer to join our team. As a Medical Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of excellent clinical services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular home visits to patients and provide medical care and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide family counseling and support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.
  • Guide and mentor nursing staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Shadow audit nursing notes, medication charts, and grooming practices to ensure quality care.
  • Ensure clinical excellence by checking medication charts daily, conducting video call rounds, and coordinating with ICU clinical managers.
  • Prepare death and discharge summaries.
  • Provide single-time visits on request or demand to support Doctor@Home services.
  • Manage clinical escalation issues that cannot be resolved at point of contact according to protocol.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Applicants must have a strong educational background in medicine (MBBS) and significant experience in clinical operations, particularly in homecare and critical care services including 3 years of ICU experience in any hospital.
