We offer pre-vocational and vocational training programs, including the NIOS curriculum, supported by a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students' communication abilities using standardized tests and informal evaluations.
• Develop and implement Individualized Therapy Plans tailored to each student's specific needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions to improve articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive communication.
• Collaborate with special education teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and parents to support integrated student development.
• Monitor and document students' progress and adapt therapy plans as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid certification or license to practice as a Speech Therapist (as per local/state regulations).
• Experience working with children and adults with multiple disabilities.
• Familiarity with assistive technology and specialized instructional strategies.
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
