Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Portfolio Management team as an Investor Reporting Analyst. This role will involve generating operational reports for Single-family Rental (SFR) portfolios, which are delivered externally to each of our Joint Venture (JV) institutional investors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and advanced skills in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in Tableau and SQL is preferred.

This role will require the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist Senior Portfolio Managers in maintaining and improving complex portfolio investment and fund-level models.
  • Build and maintain portfolio/financial models, including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls, and IRR calculations, DCF and NPV valuations.
  • Work with the Manager based in Austin, TX to evaluate and clarify investor requests, offer alternative solutions, and perform deep dives into operational metrics when applicable.
  • Assist the Manager in India to review models and reports and drive workflows independently.
  • Provide guidance to team members and lead on complex deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to centralize, eliminate, or automate activities.

Requirements:
  • MBA/CA/CFA with financial markets understanding (a plus)
  • 4-7 years of prior experience in Financial Services and/or Real Estate firm preferred
  • Highly analytical mindset
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in Tableau and SQL (preferred)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
