Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, leveraging SIEM tools such as Splunk and QRadar to ensure proactive threat detection and incident response.
  • Drive cloud security initiatives across AWS and Azure environments, implementing industry best practices for compliance and risk management.
  • Conduct vulnerability management and penetration testing to identify, assess, and remediate security risks, maintaining a robust security posture.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and HIPAA, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing business risk.
  • Implement and oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, aligned with Zero Trust frameworks to enhance security and reduce identity-related threats.
  • Perform risk assessments, recommend mitigation strategies, and partner with stakeholders to strengthen overall security and resilience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in SOC operations and SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar preferred), demonstrating expertise in threat detection and incident response.
  • Hands-on expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure certifications highly desirable), ensuring secure deployment and management of cloud-based resources.
  • Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and threat detection techniques, applying a holistic approach to security risk management.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards: ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Understanding of IAM practices and Zero Trust architecture, implementing secure identity and access management solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive security excellence.
