Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a seasoned project leader to join Aarav Group.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex technical projects from inception to completion.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from initial requirements gathering to successful deployment.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope development, budget planning, and schedule creation.
  • Manage project execution according to established plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and develop a cohesive project team, fostering an environment of collaboration, motivation, and high performance.
  • Provide clear direction, purpose, and support to team members.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including project staff from various departments and clients.
  • Analyze project progress and make informed decisions regarding scope, timelines, and costs to optimize project outcomes.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any potential changes.

Project Management Tools and Processes:

  • Implement and maintain processes for managing project scope, quality, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize project management software to manage project tasks, resources, and communication.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a strong understanding of web technologies and software platforms.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge to optimize project approaches for maximum usability.

Resource Management:

  • Partner with external resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.
  • Effectively allocate and manage resources to streamline project workflows and maximize output.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE or Computer Science degree (or equivalent). (Master's preferred)
  • PMP certification and a prior technical certification (OCP, Microsoft, Java etc. ) are highly desirable.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in managing IT and software projects.
  • Hand-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams of technical professionals.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
