The Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including technical, project management, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in client management and technical support.
  • Experience in project management, with a strong technical background.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific knowledge, tools, or technologies is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Network, System, Security, and database is an advantage.
