Job Overview:

Mentor Match is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to develop and deliver effective training programs for our sales teams operating in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech and at least 2 years of experience in training sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver sales training programs for teams working in EdTech, targeting the US, UK, and Middle East markets.
  • Train sales executives on product knowledge, sales processes, and techniques to effectively engage with international prospects.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Customize training programs to align with market-specific sales approaches, including cultural nuances and customer behaviors in the US, UK, and ME.
  • Implement role-playing, workshops, and other interactive methods to ensure the practical application of sales strategies.
  • Continuously update training materials to reflect new trends, market demands, and product updates.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align training objectives with business goals and performance metrics.
  • Use data and analytics to assess the impact of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in training sales teams within the EdTech industry.
  • Proven experience training sales teams for international markets (US, UK, ME).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, pitching, and closing in different cultural and market contexts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to create and adapt training programs based on team needs and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms used in global markets.
  • Highly organized with a data-driven mindset for tracking training effectiveness.
