Job Overview

The Resource Management Associate plays a key role in ensuring efficient resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage resource usage, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and ensure data integrity in management systems.
  • Collaborate with department leads to forecast future staffing needs and resolve conflicts.
  • Prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of project resources, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges.
  • Ensure alignment between resource availability and project requirements, driving efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in resource management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
