Key Business Development Manager Role

We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill this key position.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Fulfill all Hotel Food & Beverage Standards for phone enquiries, email enquiries, proposals, contracts, hotel tours, food and beverage planning, event confirmations, event execution, and event follow-up.
  2. Utilize Delphi effectively and accurately.
  3. Maintain comprehensive records of food and beverage agreements, contracts, and quotes according to Hyatt's Policies & Procedures.
  4. Ensure adherence to hotel, company, and local rules, policies, and regulations related to financial record-keeping, money handling, and licensing.
  5. Submit timely and accurate food and beverage reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
  6. Provide accurate reporting of business booked to the Event Coordinator for monthly consolidation.
  7. Distribute food and beverage orders to concerned departments in a timely manner.
  8. Entertain and conduct hotel inspections as required.
  9. Ensure effective management of functions and events by the Food & Beverage team.
  10. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clientele and explore new business opportunities.
  11. Collaborate with the Event Team to convert incoming leads.
  12. Respond to incoming telephone enquiries and acknowledge emailed enquiries within two hours of receipt.
  13. Handle last-minute leads from enquiry to conversion on the day of the event when required.
