Job Title: Lead Design Solutions Developer

Overview

Develop high-speed communication protocol-based solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement IP blocks for high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, PON, OTN.
  • Implement RTL design flows and optimize for industry-standard designs.
  • Create test bench architectures and test plans for functional verification of the IPs.
  • Execute FPGA design flows, set timing constraints, and resolve timing issues.
  • Integrate existing IPs into system-level designs to develop solutions and validate on hardware kits.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and guidelines.
  • Manage multiple project deadlines and establish schedules.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in relevant fields with expertise in high-speed communication protocols and IP development.
  • Strong understanding of RTL design principles and implementation methods.
  • Ability to work with industry-standard design flows and tools.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing high-speed protocol-based solutions with a focus on design optimization and testing.
  • Knowledge of FPGA design and testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of timing constraints and fixes in complex digital systems.
