About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced technical developer to fill a position in our organization. The successful candidate will work on projects for leading clients, maintaining and developing solutions that meet their digital needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees.
  • Apply software engineering practices, from user need analysis to automated testing and deployment.
  • Maintain quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by applying digital principles and implementing requirements.
  • Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, resolve incidents, and remediate risks and issues.
  • Understand client needs, represent them, and advocate for their interests.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, contribute to hiring, and participate in engineering culture and internal communities.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computers or equivalent, focusing on code development and maintenance.
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar position focused on Core banking integration area in a development role.
  • Interest in learning new technologies and practices, reusing platforms and standards, evaluating options, and making long-term decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentations and technical writing.
  • Good Knowledge in Java and relevant Java tech stack.
  • Awareness of 'Clean Code' and clean coding practices.
  • Test Driven Development and ability to design Unit, Integration and Functional tests.
  • API first design.
  • Understanding of modern architecture and design patterns, including event driven systems and Microservices.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and hands-on DevOps experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with onsite and offshore teams during solution delivery.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive team player eager to support colleagues when needed.
  • Prepared to take on responsibility for tasks and work independently.
