Job Overview

The Associate HR Business Partner will oversee HR operations with a primary focus on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and managing contractors and contract employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to recruit, onboard, and retain talent across all levels.
  • Onboarding and Management of Contract Employees: Verify documentation, track attendance, and ensure contract workers meet all employment criteria.
  • Employee Onboarding: Complete all necessary documentation for new hires and introduce them to process policies and conduct orientation for new employees, including training on HRMS software.
Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure adherence to SEEPZ-specific labor laws, safety regulations, and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with the admin team to monitor occupational health and safety standards within the workplace.
