Job Title: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our product development team in driving sales growth, improving customer experience and retention, and optimizing brand performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Improving Customer Experience and Retention: Analyze user behavior across channels and touchpoints through web analytics and identify opportunities for improvement. Drive list growth, segmentation, and increased efficiency to boost banner revenue.
  • Optimizing Brand Performance: Monitor and report on brand metrics, negotiate budgets, and plan and execute campaigns across various platforms to stay on course with goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in category management or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
