Artificial Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an accomplished Artificial Intelligence Analyst to develop and implement AI-driven solutions to drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Analysis, with a strong background in AI/ML-related initiatives. Additionally, they should possess expertise in Data Science using Python, with a proven track record in the Asset and Wealth Management industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and deploying AI-powered models and tools to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and data science.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
  • At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML-related initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science (Python).
  • Proven experience in the Asset and Wealth Management industry.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, machine learning pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Ability to write detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories with technical depth.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization or analysis tool.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
