Job Title: Financial Risk ExpertiseThe role of a Credit Analyst requires meticulous evaluation of loan proposals, rigorous analysis of financial documents, and precise risk assessments to ensure seamless compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms.Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of loan proposals to guarantee timely payments
  • Analyze comprehensive financial documents including income statements, bank statements, ITRs, and CIBIL reports for informed decision-making
  • Perform thorough risk assessments on customers applying for personal loans, business loans, or other retail financial products to mitigate potential losses
  • Prepare detailed, concise credit appraisal memos and present findings to the credit committee for well-informed decisions
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policy and RBI/NBFC regulatory norms to maintain a strong reputation
  • Monitor portfolio performance closely and recommend proactive actions for delinquent accounts to minimize losses
  • Coordinate effectively with sales, operations, and legal teams to facilitate a smooth credit evaluation process
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Possess a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
  • Bring 2–5 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in the retail segment (personal loan, business loan, consumer finance, etc.) within an NBFC or financial institution
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of retail lending products, credit underwriting, and risk analysis to drive business growth
