Oracle EPM Consultant - Finance Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM consultant with extensive expertise in financial planning and analysis. This is a full-time remote contract role that requires the candidate to have hands-on experience as an end-user, power user, or admin of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide major business decisions. They should also be well-versed in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS) and possess excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, PBCS etc.). Should be expert on this.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide a company's major decisions.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation.
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher
