Job Opportunity: Oracle EPM Cloud Professional

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Your Impact

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis

Gather and analyze business requirements for financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

2. Solution Design and Configuration

Design and configure EPBCS modules, including Workforce, Financials, Capex, Projects, and Custom applications to meet business needs.

3. Implementation and Maintenance

Implement and maintain FCCS for financial close, consolidation, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

4. Business Rule Development and Reporting

Develop business rules, dashboards, Smart View templates, and financial reports to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.

5. Data Integration and Management

Manage data integrations using Data Management or EPM Integration Agent to ensure seamless data flow and minimize errors.

6. Budgeting and Financial Close Support

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and financial close cycles to ensure timely completion and accurate results.

7. Application Testing and Optimization

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of EPM applications to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud

Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including EPBCS and FCCS, is essential for success in this role.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Knowledge

A strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation, is required to drive business growth.

3. Business Rules, Calculation Manager, and Smart View Proficiency

Proficiency in Business Rules, Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Web Studio is necessary to develop and implement business rules and reports.

4. Data Management and Security Knowledge

Knowledge of metadata management, security setup, and workflow administration is essential to ensure data accuracy and system security.

5. Intercompany Eliminations, Currency Translations, and Ownership Management

Familiarity with intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and ownership management in FCCS is required to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Education and Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2+ years each in EPBCS and FCCS, is required for this position. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
