Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to spearhead our marketing efforts in the real estate activities industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive growth, awareness, and lead generation. This includes developing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and traditional advertising.

In this role, you will also be tasked with creating engaging written and multimedia content for websites, brochures, social media, and other promotional materials. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs and preferences to inform your strategy.

Your primary goal will be to drive business outcomes through effective digital marketing efforts, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website performance, and social media engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate activities industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
