Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Flutter Developer to spearhead the development of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and performant mobile apps for Android and iOS.

This role involves collaborating with product, design, and backend teams while mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of Flutter-based mobile apps using Dart.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Integrate APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs to enhance app functionality.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications through rigorous testing and code review.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes to streamline app deployment.
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart (2-3+ years).
  • 4-7 years overall in mobile app development.
  • Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics) expertise is required.
  • Experience with REST API integration, JSON handling, CI/CD pipelines, and published apps on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) experience.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL / WebSockets.
  • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS apps.
  • Contribution to open-source Flutter packages.
