Program Director

We are seeking a visionary Program Director to lead the development and implementation of innovative programs in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Quantum Technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, program execution, and evaluation. They will oversee the design and implementation of high-impact programs aligned with our mission.

This role demands a robust background in program management, technical foresight, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience working in incubators, academic institutions, research organizations, investor firms, funding agencies, or government programs.

The Program Director will lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will also be responsible for financial management, budget development, and evaluation reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to advance our vision.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define program priorities and resource allocation.
  • Apply technical foresight to build and fund programs in AI and Quantum Technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in program execution.
Qualifications:
  • A post-graduate degree from a reputed university or institution in a relevant field such as quantum computing, artificial intelligence, computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, or data sciences.
  • Extensive experience working in incubators, academic institutions, research organizations, investor firms, funding agencies, or government programs.
  • Proven experience in technology management, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, fund-raising, ecosystem development, startup incubation, venture building, and entrepreneurship programs.
Skills:
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge in both AI and quantum domains is crucial.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.
