Operations Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our organization in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading supply chain management, vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory optimization initiatives that drive timely and cost-effective sourcing to support our growing business.

Location: Full-time position based out of Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business needs.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to maintain business continuity.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and preferences.
  • Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, operations, and procurement principles and practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office applications.
