We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Walk-in Drive for Order Management at Jaipur.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on our customers' experiences.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone with strong analytical and interpersonal skills who can effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring a good end-to-end follow-up, managing SLAs and KPIs, and working independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in BPO environment
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
Very good experience in ERP/CRM systems
Good knowledge of processing orders and expertise in related systems
Good knowledge of managing contracts and expertise in related systems
Good Knowledge in Billing and Invoice and expertise in related systems
