A high-impact professional is required to deliver exceptional Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365, and Azure expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and troubleshoot complex Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File/Print services.
  • Maintain virtualized environments using Hyper-V, VMware, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Perform patch management, upgrades, and system performance optimization to ensure business continuity.
Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration:
  • Manage O365 tenant services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
  • Configure and maintain Intune MDM/MAM for endpoint security and compliance.
  • Support hybrid environments with on-premises AD and Azure AD Connect.
SharePoint & Power Platform:
  • Administer and support SharePoint Online/On-Prem, including site collections, permissions, and workflows.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Power Automate (Flow) solutions for business process automation.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports integrating data from multiple sources.
Migration Projects:
  • Lead and execute migrations to O365, SharePoint Online, and Azure with minimal downtime and data integrity.
  • Ensure seamless email and data migrations from legacy systems.
Security & Compliance:
  • Implement robust identity and access management (IAM) best practices.
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across O365/Azure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Prem, Power BI, and Power Automate.
