Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department
  • Cash receipts & payments
  • Revenue recognition & accounting
  • General ledger management
  • Payroll & utilities administration
  • Expense planning and management
  • Budget preparation & variance analysis
  • Assets reconciliation
  • Monitor & analyze financial data
  • Treasury operations
  • Establish expense policies and principles
  • Coordinate annual audits
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and business growth

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience as an accounting manager or treasury manager
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Expertise in digital payment processing
  • Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Willingness to work in an early-stage company
  • Financial services / payments industry background preferred
