Job Title: Senior Data Integration Lead

This role is responsible for leading and maintaining data integration operations in a large-scale, global organization. The Senior Data Integration Lead will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica IICS, PowerCenter, SAP BW, and Azure Data Factory.


The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technology work experience in a CPG industry, with 4+ years of experience in Data Integration, Data Operations, and Analytics. They should also have knowledge of cloud-based data integration platforms such as Azure Data Services, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery.


In this role, you will assist in developing API-driven data integration solutions using REST APIs and Kafka to ensure seamless data movement across platforms. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams like Data Engineering, CloudOps, DevOps, and Analytics to improve data reliability and contribute to data-driven decision-making.


You will lead technical teams in a cloud-based environment, ideally within Microsoft Azure. Experience in Agile methodologies and an ability to collaborate effectively across virtual teams and different functions are required.


This position requires strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also be expected to build relationships with stakeholders across both business and IT teams.


Responsibilities:

- Lead technical teams in a cloud-based environment.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technology work experience in a CPG industry.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Integration, Data Operations, and Analytics.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and cloud-based data integration platforms.
- Familiarity with API-driven data integration and cloud-based data pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across virtual teams.
